is my neck part of the cause?

i was just thinking and i'm going to see dr. murphy at gillette on thursday for botox shots (i'm pretty sure) in the neck. so i bet that i could tell him what kevin said about feeling like i needed to ask a doctor to write out physical therapy orders again, so the physical therapist could focus more on my neck and posture because kevin said that i do enough walking and exercises to help me get outta my wheelchair at home but he figures that the problem is probably to do with my neck and posture now. my grandma used to always say that she thought that one of the main reasons why i couldn't walk was because of my neck, which is why she'd always push my care coordinator to schedule appointments for me to have botox shots in my neck all the time.
